RehabilitationRehabilitation therapy is a “hands on” intervention of patient care administered by a Licensed Professional, educated in physical therapy or occupational therapy. This professional is responsible for rehabilitating patients of all diagnosis back to their previous functioning level. Therapist and therapist assistants use a multitude of modalities to assist in the rehabilitation of their patients. These modalities include, but are not limited to, Ultrasound, Electrical Stimulation, Moist Heat Packs, Therapeutic Exercises, Balance Training, and Gait Training. CCMH Rehab also offers many other hands on interventions such as: Massage Therapy and Joint Mobilizations. The Licensed professionals treat under the direct order of your physician.Forrester Wellness Center The Center is here to provide our community with a place to come exercise. A licensed Therapist will help you in meeting the fitness goals you have in mind, creating a goal specific program. Center hours: M-T 5am-9pm, Fri. 5am-8pm, Sat. 8am-12pm, Sun. 3pm-6pm Monthly Membership Fees 55 years and older - CCMH Employees - - Family members - $10.00 County Employees - - Family members - $10.00 Physicians and Staff - Pastor - - Family members - $10.00 Four Star Employees and Family members - All other individual or family memberships are $20.00
