Clay County Memorial Hospital's Emergency Department is one of the most experienced found anywhere in North Texas.  The staff has been tested and challenged by all types of emergency situations treated at full service acute community hospitals.  The Emergency Department staff receives and interprets direct 12-lead electrocardiogram monitoring from field paramedic units to assure appropriate and timely delivery of emergency cardiac care.

Clay County Memorial Hospital Emergency Medical Service is the ambulance service for Clay County.  We have two ambulances staffed with Paramedics and Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT).  Our ambulances are equipped Mobile Intensive Care Units (MICU) and licensed by the Texas Department of Health.  We respond to all emergency and non-emergency calls in Clay County.  CCMH EMS works closely with the  Volunteer Fire Departments First Responders that are in most of the Clay County communities.
